Beach Week Mini Sessions 2017

Dates of June 21, 22, 21

Times reserved are: 7:00am, 7:00pm, 7:30pm, and 8:00pm for each day. 

Scheduled as first come first served.  Session cannot be reserved without paid retainer within 24 hours of booking.

Session investment: $250 ($100 non-refundable retainer due at booking by invoice from photographer) Remainder of $150 is due the day of session as cash or check payable to Debby Ditta Photography.

Sessions are 20 minutes in length.  Please arrive ready 20 minutes before your session, photographer will greet you and begin promptly at the planned session time.  Because sessions are scheduled back to back, if client is tardy, session time will be reduced or even cancelled without refund or reschedule.  

Sessions are limited to 5 persons in immediate family.  Sessions may be used for a single person/child, maternity session, couple session, sitter baby session, cake smash, family up to 5 persons, or children/sibling session. 

Included in the Mini Session investment is an online password protected gallery containing the 20 images from the session.  From the gallery you select the 5 images of your choice to be available for download.  The photographer will make available the 5 selected images in a downloadable gallery.  You would have the print release to print in the lab of your choice (not for resale, non-commercial/advertisement use).  The Main Gallery will be available approximately 14 days after the Session takes place.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

What if there is bad weather or it is raining?

In case of photographer illness or emergency  -OR- In case of inclement weather, there will be a single make-up day set for August.  If you are unable to attend a make-up day –OR- there is rain again on the make-up day, then the amount paid towards the retainer will be available to use as a credit towards a local Tomball Session or Print Credit towards a past order.  No refunds will be given.

Where is the location? 

As of right now, the location is on the beach in Galveston along the seawall with the Pleasure Pier as a backdrop.  Because of Galveston construction on the beach, an alternative location may be of use and exact address will be available a week before the session. 

What if we have a family emergency or illness and need to reschedule?

In the case of client illness or client family emergency, please notify photographer as soon as possible.  Beach sessions are very limited in availability and rescheduling a beach location session may not be possible, but we can schedule for a local Tomball session for a later date. If needed.  Even though the Retainer is Non-refundable, the paid retainer can be applied towards a local session.
