Little newborn baby boy Cooper came to visit me at the newborn studio for his first photography session. Cooper was a perfect little model at 13 days old... Usually something funny happens to newborns after days 10... they wake up out of their milk coma and are aware of the real world. Sometimes they fuss, won't fall asleep, cry, etc. At about 2 weeks old, newborns have their own opinions about how they run the show... But not Cooper! He loved his milkie, loved laying on his tummy, and loved sleeping through the session. He even slept on the football! This is a pose that not every baby is capable of, and it is not possible without a safety assistant. I've included a little "behind the scenes" on how that pose was done professionally and safely.
