Newborn baby M

Isn't she a BEAUTIFUL baby girl?!  Her parents waited so patiently to find out the gender of this sweet baby till her birth. They were surprised to find out pink... not blue.  I admire their patience.  

The family lives on some amazing property in the country and raises chickens and has some horses.  This made for some beautiful pictures.  Can you see the chickens in the background?  The weather was also cooler in the morning and we got to take pictures outside... something rare for a newborn in Texas.  That afternoon it was 95+ degrees and humid.  

Seaweed and Muffins

Funny title?  Seaweed and Muffins... Our popular Texas beach in Galveston is sunny, hot, and covered it seaweed right now.  The olive ocean water, white sand, and seaweed make for some beautiful settings for pictures.  This session was shot just west of the new Pleasure Pier.  It can be seen in the background in some of the images.

Baby girl in the pictures was not too sure of the waves and sand so her mother gave her muffins for comfort.  (Food comforts me a little too much too :))  Big brother was just fine playing in the sand and had fun.

Baby Doctor Vegas at 6 months

This session was so much fun and I could not wait to see the pictures from it!  His Mommy is an optometrist in the area and we used all her tools and books for the session.  Baby did such a great job giving eye exams :)  We also wanted to celebrate his Daddy's first Father's Day.  Happy Father's Day!

The F family

The boys in this family reminded me so much of my boys.  They are about the same age difference and so well behaved (well, I like to think my boys are well behaved).  I heard they were going out for donuts right after pictures... they were on their best behavior.  The last 2 fun images are the creativity of the boys.  The younger wanted a cowboy straw and the older one wanted to "punch" his dad. 

The K girls

Two very beautiful girls. You can always tell the little girls who love to dance.  They also love to model for their pictures.  As you can see in the collage below, these were taken all within a few seconds of eachother.

 The baby is an amazing beauty herself.  She's only one and has her own hairstyle.  She was so busy for this session and likes to get around, but I did manage to get some great shots of her in action.
