availability is limited. Only booking select Saturday times in September and October..
Mini Sessions will include

Sessions are for an individual up to a family of 5. Have more
people??? I can make arrangements and a special package just for you. $10 per person in addition to 5. Additional people may require more than one session or booking a Non-Mini Session.
Sessions
are in the following locations on selected dates only: Urban Old Downtown Conroe (alleyways, vintage brick walls, wild ivy, shabby chic) , Old Town Montgomery (Country, shabby chic, vintage) , Downtown Huntsville (Candy/Ice Cream Shop, Mural Wall, Vintage Brick Wall, Urban) Select Tomball Locations, Make it unique with your own props or use
some of mine.
Sessions will be held in the mornings and
early evenings. Location selection may depend on the sun at the
specific time of day.

What if I have to reschedule? What if it's snowing, raining, melting outside?
Most of the time, this is no problem. We can simply reschedule for the next available time slot for you.
I have a really big family and we have 19 kids and counting, can I schedule a Christmas Mini?
I
would love to photograph your super duper family! The Christmas Mini's
are intended to be a convenient and rather quick answer to having the
annual beautiful custom family pictures. We can have a "regular" family
session that will last longer than the allowed 30 minute time for
Christmas Mini Session. Please email me for a custom package quote.
I live in Paris...Texas, that is. Can you come to my house and photograph me in front of the tree?
The
Christmas Mini Sessions are only scheduled for select local Tomball, Conroe, and Huntsville locations for convenience to clients and myself. I
can possibly schedule a "regular" session for you with travel expenses
to your area or I can refer you to a closer photographer friend in your
area.
Can you make me look skinnier, younger, remove my braces, acne, whiten my teeth, add a person, etc?
All
of my images receive a special touch by my editing. I do for your
pictures exactly what I do for my own...minor retouching (a little skin
softening) . You still want to look realistic and the best "you". Due
to time constraints, I will not remove braces or major retouching. I
have outsourcing lab references that can do this for you if needed. If
there is anything you are self conscious about please let me know before
the session and I will do my best to help style or disguise any
possible issues.
I only need one digital image, or a little session, for this or that reason, can you give me a discount?
As
much as I would like to discount products and sessions for friends ( I
consider my clients friends too), I still have to pay taxes,professional dues, pay
for website, equipment, etc. It is in my heart to offer several package
donations yearly to benefit auctions and special circumstances of
people in need. So, on a professional level, I cannot bargain with
packages and products. What if your boss asked to only pay you for 50%
of your hours?
However, I do offer referral rewards to existing
clients that bring new clients my way. Once the referral has booked and
completed their session, the referee will receive $50.00 credit towards
a future session, prints, or USB (not redeemed as cash).
I saw a cute picture on pinterest, can you copy exactly, exactly, exactly this picture?
I
love Pinterest! I really do! So many great and creative ideas. I
would love to see your ideas and some examples of things you like! I
cannot however promise you that my style, locations, your children, or
props can be an exact match. Chances are, you have seen and know my
style and that's okay with you anyways :)
When will my gallery be ready... tonight? Why does editing take so long?
Ummmm..no,
not tonight. Maybe not even next week... At a typical session, I shoot
about 200 images. I open up and look through every...
single...one. Just choosing which 100-150 images to keep can take 2
hours alone. I also edit and adjust color balance, density, crop,
soften skin for every...single...image. One session of editing is
literally 8 hours or more to edit, upload to the gallery, blog post, sneak peeks... and multiply that by other
clients sessions, sneak peeks, blog posts, and being a mommy, wife, and
eating every once and a while, carpool, uploading to the website, you
get about 12-14 days.
Can we do a mini newborn session for the Christmas Mini?
Sorry...
My love is newborn photography and I cannot possibly do a newborn mini,
I don't even know how this is possible with the feedings, changings,
fussy times, and all that comes with a newborn session. We have to keep
them warm and cozy after all. Let's plan a boutique newborn session in
my studio room, please?
Can you rush my order? I need these pictures by this weekend.
As
much as I want to make everyone happy... during the holiday season, I
cannot rush orders. I am starting Christmas Minis in September to allow
families time to plan ahead. Cutting in line is not allowed in my
class :)
The fine print
Debby Ditta Photography is abbreviated "DDP"
TERMS
& CONDITIONS: By purchasing this mini-session, the Client
acknowledges that they have agreed to all terms listed below, and will
provide this information to all involved parties. If you do not
understand the terms of the agreement, please contact Debby Ditta prior
to purchase. The Client agrees that Debby Ditta Photography will provide
the services of portrait photography for the purchased date and time.
To reserve your session, a non-refundable deposit of $50.00 must be paid
in full by Paypal. The remainder of $200.00, to be paid in full by
cash or Personal Check upon Session date. Receipt of payment reserves
Debby Ditta Photography’s services for the selected date and time. Only
one session is permitted per person/family. A maximum of 5 family
members is permitted for a single mini-session. Additional family
members will be accommodated at an additional fee to be paid separately
from this agreement. Session date determines the quantity of images
available for download included in your package. September Sessions
will receive 10 high resolution images, October sessions will receive 5
high resolution images, To receive the "returning client" credit of $25.00,
you must have had session completed during the 2014 Christmas Mini
Promotion.
CANCELLATION:
In the event of cancellation by the Client, the deposit fee is non-refunadable.
THE SESSION: Sessions will take place at scheduled times and scheduled locations pre-determined and planned by DDP. Sessions will start promptly at the
time indicated upon booking, meeting at the predetermined location. Client agrees to arrive to the session 10 minutes before the scheduled time and be ready to begin the session at scheduled time.
Late arrivals will result in a shorter session and possibly fewer images
received. Clients late to session may result in complete session cancellation with no refund. The client agrees to allow Debby Ditta creative control over
the session.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Debby Ditta DDP
will have no responsibility for
fire, theft, damage/loss in the mail in regards to returned images.
Debby Ditta DDP will not be liable for failure to supply any service
when
prevented from doing so by death, emergency, equipment malfunction or
causes beyond Debby Ditta’s control. In such case, Debby Ditta’s DDP
liability is limited to a refund only for the services/products
affected. Debby Ditta DDP will not be held responsible lack of coverage
resulting from weather conditions, location restrictions, or
complications caused by subjects involved in the session. Debby Ditta
DDP is
not liable for any injury or vehicle’s towing which could occur during
the session. Debby Ditta DDP is not responsible for loss or damage to
person or property before, during, and after the session. DDP is not responsible for any tolls, parking fees, or entrance fees associated with the location.
IMAGE GALLERY AND DOWNLOADS: Two weeks from the session date, the
images will be online in a password protected gallery. An email will be
sent to notify client of the website and password for viewing. Client
will select the 5 (October Sessions) or 10 (September Sessions) images they want to download. Photographer must be
notified to order the selected images. Photographer will then prepare
the high resolution files for download from the website.
CREATIVE LICENSE & RETOUCHING: Images will be edited prior to
delivery, with Debby Ditta Photography being granted total artistic
control. The images produced will be consistent with the photographer’s
displayed work. Debby Ditta is not responsible for the retouching of any
image, including but not limited to the blemish correction, hair,
makeup, weight loss, anti-aging, clothing, or removal/insertion of objects.
LIMITED CLIENT OWNERSHIP: Permissions include use of the digital images
for personal use to produce prints, holiday cards, etc. The Client will
not submit images for publication without the consent of Debby Ditta.
Permitted print/web publications must include a credit to Debby Ditta
Photography. The client has permission to post the images to
personal/social media websites & will credit Debby Ditta Photography
in all postings with the name Debby Ditta Photography , or a link to
www.debbyditta.photoshelter.com.
RELEASE: The Client agrees that Debby Ditta may reproduce, publish, or
display any photographs from the session as samples of photographic work
to be shown or used in any form or medium deemed useful by the
photographer. Debby Ditta owns all original files and retains the rights
to all images produced in connection with this agreement. Profiting off
of any Debby Ditta Photography photograph is prohibited under Federal
Copyright Laws.
