Peas Porridge Hot, Peas Porridge cold, Peas Porridge in the pot only 3 days old. Here she is... my newest little niece, only 3 days old. She really was the best behaved baby for her pictures of all time, no joke. She was warm and sleepy the whole time. Kisses from Aunt Bee. XOXOXO

Baby Bee J at 9 Months
I could just pinch her cheeks and rub her bald little head right now. Baby J did wonderfully for her session. She was so smiley and sweet during pictures, they were a breeze. I'm having a hard time believing that our next session will be the birthday cake session!
Someone asked me a while back...why do I photograph babies in just their diaper so much? My answer went a little something like this...Babies have the softest most buttery skin. Not getting them down to their skin is missing the opportunity to capture this quality about babies. I remember cuddling with my tiny little boys, and rubbing their soft little baby backs and I am so happy that I have their pictures to remember this by. They are so big now!

P.S. Did you know???? Tear jerker
When I photograph a couple and their wedding, they become so special to me. They have a little place in my heart. For every couple that I photograph their wedding, I offer them a free Newborn Baby Session for their first child. Photographing their baby is like completing a circle... I was there in the beginning of their marriage and also at the beginning of their journey into parenthood. Sniff, sniff, I am tearing up here...
Congratulations Brian and Samantha!
The wedding was so beautiful! I'm so blessed to have met this sweet couple and photograph their most important day. Such an honor! I will very soon be posting a few sneak peeks from the wedding. This is the announcement you will see on the main website: http://debbyditta.photoshelter.com/ Search galleries for Brian and Samantha.

Wedding Preparation
My photographer friend and I have a wedding tomorrow! There is so much behind the scenes that a photographer does before the wedding, this list also serves me as a checklist... charging about 24 hours of many many batteries, clearing all memory cards, packing bag, packing backup camera bag, tripod, make a "timeline" (in quotes, because we all know that a wedding can never really follow specific time), speaking with wedding coordinator of the the venue to go over details of where we can shoot, flash allowance, positioning, one last call to the Bride or Groom for last details... all this and the wedding hasn't happened yet.
I really get as excited for every wedding as my own wedding day, really. Images coming soon.
